- Mall MEP operation. - Customer care in Mall. - Booth support for Mall. - Renovation or Fit Out process and Move IN/OUT. - Design Review and Approve for Renovation. - Coordinate with Contractor during decoration process. - Setup emergency plan for Mall. - Setup policies for Maintenance Department following HR and role of company. - Initiates and assists in the development of the infrastructure capital program budget. - Plans and prepares the maintenance budget. - Manage MEP project and inventory management, technical design, supervision, planning and scheduling, budget and finance, contracts management, field production methods, agency coordination, construction methods, operations and procedures. - Coordinates with the Maintenance for the plans and implementation - Of Engineering’s Safety Plan. - Supports and implements the employee technical training and developmental programs. - Conducts scheduled inspections and assists in the infrastructure audits. - Complies with Engineering policy, procedures, and standards. - Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction. - Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. - Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. - Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. - Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order. - Assist in the installation of MEP work. - Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor. - Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. - Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records. - Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations. - Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

- Diploma in engineering or vocational training certificate in polytechnic - Minimum 2 years of experience as an engineering supervisor or similar job - Strong knowledge of large building maintenance - Solid understanding of health and safety regulation and practice - Effective budgeting and performance management - Good organizational and leadership skill - Great eye for detail - Work well under pressure and meet tight deadline - Computer literate with capability in email ,MS office and relate communication tools - Strong decision-making and problem –solving skills - Speaking English or Chinese is a plus
