Accounting: • Issue the invoices • Issue Deliver Note • Update inventory data • Enter invoice to QuickBooks • Follow up payment • Record cash book • Prepare bank reconciliation • Analyze transaction and double entry • Data entry AP invoice into QB • Prepare daily payment • Monitor daily payment • Maintain payment register • Maintain fixed asset • Process payroll and calculate incentive for Team Sale • Verify that payment was legitimate and authentic Tax declaration • Prepare tax monthly tax declaration • Submit for tax advisor for review • Process monthly payment Administration: • Check and maintain office supplies • Overall support of office administration
