• Providing direction and growth for the business and its staff • Building a loyal audience through ensuring customer service is at its best at all time • keeping good records and ensuring everyone is accountable for their areas of responsibility • Maintaining good financial controls, including managing costs within given budgets, setting flexible staffing levels that ensure that the cinema is adequately and efficiently staffed according to the cinema’s anticipated business levels. • Managing the shift so that customer service is at the best possible level • Opening and closing the building in accordance with the cinema’s procedures, dealing with any emergency and planned building issues appropriately and reporting issue as necessary. • Managing the staff on duty effectively including providing direction, training, and feedback and allocating tasks to maximize the use of staff on duty, communication relevant information to staff on duty and reporting back information to the management team , head office as appropriate. • Taking responsibility for areas of delegate responsibility and contributing to project work within the management team.

• At least 5 years administration/management /front line service /hospitality • BAA / Master of Business Management/hospitality or any related fields • Excellent command of English & Khmer (both read/write) • Able to speak Chinese is priority • Strong leadership capabilities • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum • Good computer literacy, Internet and e-mail (be able to use room Master is preferred) • Guest complaint and problems solving skill • Good interpersonal skill, hardworking , honest, high responsibility and be able to work well in a team • Problem solving ability • Willing to work evenings and weekend
