* Human resources - Manage the recruitment activities, interview, performing reference checks, issuing contract and others - Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options - Regular control and update staff list and notify manager the probation end date, contract - Prepare monthly payroll and resolve any payroll errors - Provide support on compensation and benefit activities, and administer to other benefit per policy - Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks - Receive complaints and resolve problems - Other tasks assigned by HR manager * Administration - Ensure the information and administration filling - Prepare first aid kid and request/control, issuance in office - Provide on the administration support on legal and compliance, registration and work closely with related ministries - Manage to deliver office memo and employment letter on time
