* Main Duties and Responsibilities • Handle full set of accounts, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting • Monthly payroll calculation preparation • Managing the day-to- day operation of the accounts payable functions, expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters • Coordinate with vendors/sub-contractors & agents pertaining payment status • Prepare Accounts Payable aging & periodic reconciliation of vendors/sub -contractors statement of accounts • Handle petty cash payment • Assets management • Assist HQ in month end closing • Assist HQ in year- end audit & preparing of audit schedules • Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing • Preparing document for tax declaration and document processing • Reviews and check sales revenue, cash collection, receivables on system and handle banking functions • Experience in a Finance Accounting System, preferably SQL System • Must be good in Excel • Manage and review bank reconciliation in monthly with reporting • Liaise with banks and can work with Auditor and other departments • Perform other duties as assigned * Reporting to CEO & Technical/Project Director of QT Cambodia and Senior Finance Manager Head Office in Malaysia

• Experience Required - Minimum 3 years of working experiences in related field • Minimum Educational Level Required - Degree in Finance/ Accounting or any related fields • Languages Required: English & Khmer Other Requirements • Proficient in MS office applications • Familiar with accounting system • Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork • Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively • Experience in Tax Declaration is a must • Strong Problem-solving skills • Good command in English is a must Please send CVs/Resumes to the following : kamaliah.hashim@telnetintl.net
