• Follow-up RAMSES HSEQ cases if timely created, updated, acted and closed out. Validates RAMSES data with written supporting documents. Establishes periodic review with concerned departments and summarizes the updates for presentation during each corporate HSEQ meetings. Identifies high potential or high severity incidents and triggers analysis and actions. Highlights pending actions particularly the high priority ones until proper closure or completion is achieved. • Organization /planning of HSEQ meetings, Management team safety visits & inspections & Duty officer roster and monthly HSEQ report • Internal coordination with concerned departments/sites on scheduled HSEQ audits by a party internal to TC or the Group, or by an external party & planning/schedule/coordination of HSEQ trainings in coordination with the concerned departments. • Collation/follow-up of all type of HSEQ actions & reports from different departments (performance/activities/incidents/audits) • Drafting of internal communication on HSEQ news, new guidelines, Return of Experience and milestones • Preparation of corporate HSEQ, Security to regional office in Singapore & Preliminary HSEQ review of PR, contractor/supplier accreditation • Planned observation of emergency response exercises in the depots, HSEQ meeting in sites and HSEQ audits • Coordination with concerned government agencies and with concerned departments in terms of compliance/reporting requirements on Health & Safety matters and other assistance to the HSEQ manager that maybe required from time to time • Inventory, control & issue of PPEs • Conduct site safety tour, joint safety tour and night spot-check • Assist HSEQ manager for all the administrative works, follow up Opex, maintaining all the HSEQ files, and other tasks which assigned by HSEQ manager

• Educational background: Bachelor or Master Degree of Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering) with at least 1 year experience administrative or project support functions, HSEQ related training • Skills: Management Skills, knowledge on Contractor Safety Management & Good interpersonal & Supervisory skills • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email. • Language: Good command of English writing and speaking, valid driving license.
