I）Responsibilities： 1、Work in strictly accordance to construction contract and budget costs 2、Responsible for the implementation of the three goals of quality, cost and project control schedule 3、Responsible for checking whether the incoming materials and construction technology meet the requirements, and urge the site to following the construction drawing 4、Check the quantity and quality of sub-contracted projects, inspect and sign all concealed works 5、Supervise and inspect on safe operation, civilization construction （II）Detail of duties： 1.Plan management aspect A.Examine and approve the Construction Schedule and Material Schedule submitted by the Project Manager, as well as various detailed plans and updated plan which are submitted during the construction process B.Check and supervise the implementation of the plan during the construction process. When the project is not implemented as planned, the site may be required to make adjustments or rectification C.When the construction progress may affect the entire contract period, a solution need to be proposed and reported to the Project Manager or Site Supervisor 2.Quality management aspect A.During the construction process, inspect the materials and equipment used in the project. For those which does not meet the contract and drawing requirements, shall have the right to refuse B.Follow up inspections in accordance with the construction procedures. Each process and each part is subject to quality inspection and on-site supervision. Sign and accept the quality that meets the requirement of the construction contract, and rectification and remediation if it does not meet the quality requirements C.For each item subcontracted project, thoroughly check and accept, as well as submit the < sub-item Acceptance Form” to the Engineering Dept. for record 3.Measurement and Payment aspect A.According to the contract, measure and verify the project quantity and value specified in the contract project quantity and amount of the relevant receipt and payment certificate submitted to the Finance Dept. on the site B.Quantitative list of quotations and assist in quoting C.For the increase and decrease item adjustment, shall check and verify the measurement inspection 4.Contract aspect A.Draft and standardize related Engineering contracts according to site requirement B.Carefully review the subcontract and the relevant quantities and unit prices stipulated in the contract C.Supervise the number of Manger and field workers specified in the contract （II）Work Attitude： 1、Teamwork awareness 2、Strictness and Seriousness
