1. LOGISTICS SUPERVISION ASSISTANCE KEY ACTIVITY - Assist Logistics Supervisor in operating the timely transfer of imported and domestic commodities to factory without any extra arising costs RESULT - Minimize the logistics cost and ensure stock availability 2. IMPORT SHIPMENT KEY ACTIVITY - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clear customs and receive cargo at port to deliver to factories - Assist to follow up with delivery schedule for import shipment RESULT - Ensure the purchasing items delivery on schedule without any arising cost - Solve transportation problem with warehouse keepers and truckers 3. COST ANALYSIS KEY ACTIVITY - Inbound Logistics Cost analysis and statistics - Outbound Logistics Cost analysis and statistics - Depot and warehouse cost analysis and statictics - Year-end/Quarterly/Monthly logistics cost report and solutions - Internal Transfer Cost analysis and statictics RESULT - Accurate and OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) 4. OTHERS - Check all logistics cost payment given on service contracts - Others as assigned by Head of Logistics Key contacts Internal 1. Production department 2. Finance department 3. Local Authorities JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that factories/depots have timely access to sufficient raw materials/finished products at the lowest transportation and storage costs while maintaining the highest quality.

- University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economy/Business Administration/Foreign Trade - At least 2 years of work experience in Logistics - Self-starter with high sense of self-discipline and responsibility and able to work under pressure; - Confident to work independently, customer-oriented and enjoys collaborating and communicating with all levels across the organization; - Highly organized, accurate and risk-aware; - Strong analytical and reporting skills; - Willingness to learn and develop self. - Fluent in Vietnamese and English - Relevant work experience with MS Excel and Excess, Fox Pro, and other statistic software tools - Understanding of customs laws
