The duration of training shall be one (1) year and Trainees shall be rotated to perform different functions such as Human Resources Department, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Front Service Operations, Kitchen Operations, and Property Development. Before completion of each attachment, their suitability for absorption shall be decided purely based on their performance during training. During the program, Trainees shall be provided the following training program: 1) Induction on the Company Policies and Practices conducted by HR Department. 2) On-The-Job Training conducted by the Mentor and/or HOD. 3) Coaching by the Mentor and/or HOD and/or 4) Project Assignment by Mentor and/or HOD.
