IT Executive duties act as an internal support for the firm which includes coordinating, troubleshooting software or hardware implementation and upgrades, determining IT budget and equipment needs, ensuring systems security and availability at all time, auditing the IT system, and backup IT manager role when require. IT Executive may from time to time be asked to assist outside the assigned task depending on work demands. ▪ Knowledgeable in configuring or implementation of Hyperconverged technology as well as Virtual Machine ▪ To be able to understand, implement and troubleshoot of Office365 exchange online (Email system), O365 SSO, O365 hybrid integration and O365 products ▪ To ensure all data are backup successfully with quality assurance and ready for recovery anytime ▪ Able to implement and troubleshoot Linux ▪ Able to understand, propose, implement monitor and troubleshoot of server and storage devices ▪ Able to understand, propose, implement monitor and troubleshoot of network and security devices ▪ Knowledgeable in configuring or implementation of networking and security devices ▪ To monitor and ensure network connection is up and working well. ▪ To be able to understand and implement syslog ▪To ensure the DR environment system is properly conducted prior to DR LIVE migration and to make sure it always available at any time. ▪ To ensure safeguarding of equipment's within IT Server Room / Data Centre ▪ To ensure proper control on the access to IT Server Room / Data Centre To liaise with various IT vendors to keep abreast with latest updates on technology solutioning and IT products available, this is cost effective, reliable and effective ▪ To have analytical, creativity and strong problem-solving capabilities ▪ To be able to work under tight schedule and long working hours ▪ To be Project Lead in IT Project Management guiding peer staff in handling, managing and monitoring IT Projects ▪ To be able to provide value added, creative and innovative idea in enhancing IT infrastructure and setup to accommodate the business growth for short term and long term ▪ All other matter ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.

▪ Bachelor or Master Degree in information technology or equivalent in related field ▪ Other academic qualifications in related field and/or English would be an added advantage Experience ▪ At least 3 years of relevant work experience ▪ Past work experience in the legal industry is not necessary but would be an added advantage Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics ▪ Outstanding time-management skills ▪ Possess professional finesse Attention to detail is a must ▪ Good leadership skills ▪ Excellent knowledge and understanding of legal and business environment is an advantage ▪ Ability to explain complex IT information clearly to managers and other stakeholders ▪ Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer ▪ Proficiency in Microsoft office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint ▪ Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills ▪ Possess team player qualities ▪ Is curious and proactive ▪ Ability to work independently with limited supervision ▪ Ability to multi task and prioritise multiple work demands ▪ Fast learner and worker with a strong service mind and "can-do" attitude ▪ Attention to details ▪ Good analytical and critical thinking skills and use of logic to address work-related issues and problems ▪ Be open minded and deal calmly and effectively in taught deadline ▪ Excellent attendance, reliable, and responsible ▪ Willing to personally take on responsibilities and challenges
