Jobs Description

- Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them. - Determines and recommends prospective customers by analyzing historical and other statistical information, participation in conducting customer interviews, and preparing customer call analysis reports. - Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests. - Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. - Receives in the hotel any important guests whom he has approached. - Negotiates prices with the clients. - Confirms verbal proposals in writing. - Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated. - To add to the property records on all former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them, updating a minimum of once monthly. - Organizes regular visits in accordance with a predetermined plan. - Prepares a tentative monthly schedule prior to the commencement of the next month to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month. - Prior to the commencement of the next week Present a report of activity for the past week in terms of achievement / new business account /site inspection / tentative business and an action plan for the following week. - Presents a summary Sales call visits to the Sales and Marketing Manager to monitor on a weekly basis. (Weekly Sales Plan) after the week is completed. - Ensures that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered. - Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references - Records the statistics sales accounts. - Records all daily sales. - Submits production reports to Sales & Marketing Manager on a monthly basis - Assist to key in booking enquiries in to system in absence of sales coordinator and response to guest within a day.

Jobs Requirement
