- Knowledge in cabling, network topology, telephone system, CCTV system configuration, active directory, DNS, DHCP, Cisco, Router, MikroTik, WiFi configuration - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers, email, backup and networks - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration - Providing technical support to customer/partner and across the company(this may be in person or over the phone or on site support) - Setting up accounts for new users, IT policy and IT procedure - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology - Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue - Possibly training more junior staff members - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals - Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
