** Position Summary As PA to GM, you will be responsible for providing professional assistant to General Manager’s daily work tasks. You are expected to assist general administrative duties under the direction of General Manager. - Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls - Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings - Take minutes of meeting - Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation - Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments - Remind management of important tasks and deadlines - Interpret or translate document as assigned - Respond accurately to internal and external information requests - Coordinate with both internal departments and external parties - Provide personal assistance to management - Ensure business confidentiality at all times - Handle and support ad-hoc assignments by GM
