•Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. •Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. •Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives •Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs •develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues •set individual sales targets with sales team •ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly •monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team •provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team •plan and direct sales team training •assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals •develop promotional ideas and material •organization and planning •problem analysis and problem-solving
