Jobs Description

-Lead Sales & Marketing team to plan activities to promote and strengthen new business based businesses to search for clients or business partners inside and outside the province to deliver the greatest products. -Prepare sale strategy to approach new business. -Set sale target / visit action / follow up. -Sale coordination and negotiation -Sale coordination as resolve customer's complain / problem regarding to rate / operation and other issue which is raised from customer or from related team to sale team. -Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors -Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results -Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics -Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies -Sale visit activity existing customer / new customer. -Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met -Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly -Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs -Lead staff - Workers prepare, maintain, clean, clear the premises of team, environmentally friendly and good environment. -Be responsive to problem-solving with employees and clients efficiently and reliably. -Tracking the delivery of products to customers by ensuring that supply and delivery timely and complete on order. -Review and evaluate the progress of sales once every semester to study the strengths, weaknesses, and constraints in the implementation of activities. -Willing to do other things for the company's progress and needs. -Report sale activities to CEO & Other projects to be assigned by CEO.

Jobs Requirement
