- Invoice checking from sellers and suppliers - Prepare quotation and issue of delivery orders - Handle customer enquirers over the phone - Maintain regular contact with customer to identify their requirement. - Keep customers informed of the progress of the orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays. - Maintain customer stock level to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice period. - Arrange stock delivers to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date and delivery records. - Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier. - Follow up sale daily sale report and update; - Reporting (customer deposit, completed contract, contract terminate - Meet and consult to customer about contract and payment method; - Update master plan and share to related departments in company. - Other tasks assigned by Manager.
