- Report to the Head of Department - Meeting and Handling the request from clients (quotations, Endorsement, policy, claims, etc) - Review the issued document to make sure it is properly done prior to send it to the clients - Coordinate daily tasks of Junior and Sales Officer - Report the feedback from the clients to the Head of Department - Efficiently take care of the flow of required document processing for the clients - Work closely with the Head of Department, coordinate or help Junior and Sales officer in order to provide good and value added services - Control all the needed services by the clients and make sure it is efficiently and timely provided - Provide the training to the clients about the benefit of the insurance policies if requested - Willing to learn all insurance policies as required by the company
