General Administration 1. Takes responsibility for subordinates’ activities; makes self-available to subordinate personnel; caring and nurturing; improves processes and works to improve personal supervisory skills. 2. Directs employee teamwork development activities and training; exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; works cooperatively with other division Managers of Corporation. 3. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products. 4. Reviews production goals and product quality, while working with Operations Manager to modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance product quality and profitable operations. 5. Develops plans for efficient use of materials and employees to insure safe operations and control production costs. 6. Delegates work assignments; sets expectations, monitors progress, and holds individuals accountable for activities. Governance/Compliance 1. Manage the Concrete operating company in accordance with the policies, principles, philosophy, and procedures established by Corporate Management with regard to personnel, customers, facilities and equipment. 2. Adapt to and implement changes in approach, policies, and processes able to communicate changes effectively; flexible to changing workplace. 3. Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through on commitments. Business Development Support 1. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. 2. Develops and implements marketing strategies for existing and new product lines. 3. Track and control numerous projects and follow-up issues and complete both in a timely manner; prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; sets goals and objectives. 4. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. 5. Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals; understands organizations strengths and weaknesses; identifies external threats and opportunities. 6. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions. 7. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy in promoting sales.

Jobs Requirement

. Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Service or a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience and five (4) years related experience in the ready mixed concrete, block, precast, or building materials industries. • Building successful relationships, treating and relating to others in open, respectful ways, even in difficult or challenging circumstances • Proficiency with budgeting, financial management, developing strategy, and managing a multi-functional work environment • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities • Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, giving presentations, or facilitating groups • Computer proficiency with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office • Demonstration of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, a continuous improvement mentality, ability to understand and satisfy the needs of the customer, a professional attitude, high levels of energy, and the ability to adapt quickly, be flexible and manage change effectively
