Accounting • Issue the invoices • Follow up payment • Maintain filling and documentation • Process daily payment transaction • Process payroll • Verify that payment was legitimate and authentic • Review double payment and ensure the accuracy of the payment • Analyze transaction and double entry • Data entry in to QuickBooks • Maintain bookkeeping and cash register Tax declaration • Prepare tax monthly tax declaration • Submit for tax advisor for review • Process monthly payment Administration • Check and maintain office supplies • Overall support of office administration
