Jobs Description

- Report to the Director of Operations and Risk; - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; - In charge of the recruiting process: headhunting, participating in interviews, onboarding, and training employees; - Develop a recruiting process: testing, and interviewing programs; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommend changes; - Develop and conduct orientation and training programs for old and new recruits to ensure smooth onboarding and product understanding; - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal systems for employees; - Manage and keep track of all the relevant records of employees; - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements: staff movement, NSSF, quotas, work permits, working visa, or anything related to the Ministry of labour; - Keep track of employee’s attendance and produce the payroll accordingly; - Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; - Nurture a positive working environment.

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in Human Resources or related field; - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executives; - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; - Excellent organizational and leadership skills; - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles; - Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects; - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
