- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules ,resolving problems - Reporting results of the processing flow on the shift production summaries. - Improves and controls machine downtime through the implementation of various maintenance activities such as technical training providing to their subordinates, machine trouble shooting/effective problem solving guideline initiation, machine standardization etc. - Improves machine change overtime by develop technical knowledge/skill of their subordinates. - Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of the control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. - Controls expense of their own responsible area by meeting department objective goal. - Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
