** Your main missions are: 1. Drafted the letter or/and contract provided by Legal Manager 2. Record and Good keeping of administration letter 3. Summit document to GDT, MOC and other ministry as needed 4. Follow up the document with GDT, MOC and other ministry and reported to Legal Manager 5. Scan and Copy the contract and other documents as needed 6. Transfer/ deposit/ withdrawal fund and collect bank statement, for the different companies 7. Submit monthly tax documents to the tax Department, for the different companies 8. Purchase materials for Factory, as needed 9. Collect funds from sale team, 10. Control petty cash 11. Issue cheque and release payment 12. Manage stationary and office supplies 13. Any other duties provided by Legal Manager and Finance Manager

- Bachelor or master’s degree in any Law is required. - At least 1-year experience is required in related capacity. - Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Khmer is required. - Good Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email) - Ability to analyse practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures. - Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork. - Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline. ** Please send CV and letter to: skorng@duval-electric.com - Tel : 015 961 691
