- Posting journal transaction (Cash Receipt, Journal Voucher…) in to accounting system - Review A/R listing for aging accounts - Prepare A/R report, daily and monthly - Daily review of sales revenue & receivables - Work closely with cashier to review cash collection and cash deposit - Work closely with sales department to review sales contract and ensure that it is correctly implemented - Collaborate with sales department to solve matters, sales, AR, and cash collection - Monthly reconciliations of bank, AR, cash collection, cash deposit - Review loan schedule and follow up customer for repayment - Follow up with customer to confirm due date of payment base on contract - Maintain a good filing system for both soft & hard copies, ensure any movement of documents are track, and ensure all accounting records, both hard copies and soft copies, were properly maintained at least 10 years - Other assignments where necessary
