• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. • Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files. • Overseeing the annual employee review process. • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. • Managing HR budget. • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement. • Recommend, develop and implement employee relation programs including staff get together, social activities, annual party, etc. • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
