- Perform the retail audit and track the performance of sale channel and trade-marketing investment. - Inspect the (a) retailer and store trade program compliance, (b) in-store brand effectiveness and (c) overall ROI of trade expenditures. - Ensure the communication of programs properly received by sales team by preparing presentation and presenting trade audit finding and trade program result summary during regional meeting, monthly commercial meeting and quarterly sales and distributor meeting. - Conduct the periodical report to support decision-making such as budget spending efficiency, improvement of execution of various deliverables. - Timely feedback of market finding including competitor trade programs, trade offer and prices changes. Support urgent tasks/assignments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. - 2 years of experience in business and/or investment, or a related area. - Building relationship and optimize intimacy with internal and external customers. - Critical thinking: Collect the market information and finding, analyze date and conduct/ sharing the report. - Able to make decision related to functional performance and strategy - Able to make decision related to routine work or each assignment - Monitor trade program execution; sales volume, prices, and revenues, in areas of responsibilities
