• Develop, oversee, and implement web and social media strategy • Coordinate development of graphics, online tools, websites, etc. with creative agencies and ads partners • Manage online communities, including posting, monitoring and response and collect customer needs, emotions, and other feedback for improvement • Leverage on existing data to optimize ads and convert more audiences • Develop and monitor campaign budgets • Build and develop partnership with talent agencies for our current and new set of influencers • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting FMCG industry • Work closely with Brand team to make sure all the digital strategies are aligned with brand strategy and direction • Job description could be adjustable base on your strength and development goal.

• Bachelor’s degree in in Media, Marketing, Technology or related field. • Have experienced in digital projects such as running trendy campaign, online business, influencer management, marketing data related projects, social media management, and others. • Have basic knowledge of Facebook ads manager, GDN, Chatbot and other necessary tools for ads management. Technical training and support will be provided consistently by our international partners and internal staff development program. • Fluent in Khmer & English – writing, reading, speaking, and listening
