- Sales management position, establish and manage Freight Agent sales team, formulate sales plan, complete sales target - Formulate and participate in the implementation of relevant policies and systems - Responsible for the daily management of the department and the guidance, training and evaluation of department employees - Regular statistical sales reports and business reports - Responsible for sales operations, including planning, organization, progress control and review

- Have sales work experience in the Logistics Industry (air freight or sea freight or road freight or express) at least 5 year, sales management work experience is preferred - Have a wealth of customer resources and customer relationships, with outstanding performance - Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written) as a working language, and basic English communication skills - Able to use Microsoft.
