- Develops, implements and reports on quality metrics in process and final customer acceptance for entire company and product lines. - Designed and implemented NCR reporting, trending analysis reports to upper management and completion of all corrective actions as needed. - Designed, created and implemented initial standard work instruction driving product standardization. - Utilizes six sigma methodologies to solve a range of design and manufacturing problems and improvements, such as root cause analysis, statistical analysis, process flow mapping, and PPAP. - Designed and implemented multiple quality initiatives, such as in process inspections, standardized traveler, quality reporting process and PPMO measurements. - Authored multiple customer facing presentations, quality training presentations, and quality procedures. - Other tasks are assigned.
