Jobs Description

- Acts as intermediary between sponsors and children or programs to safeguard the respective rights and interest of both groups. - Maintaining confidentiality and security in respect to records such children biography, sponsors data and other sensitive information. - Support and co-ordinate with the village sponsorship co-worker on mid-year letters, end-of-year letters child departure, Christmas cards and photos to ensure all sponsorship requirements are met. - To be responsible for producing a good quality child mid-year letters and child end- of-year letters and child departure text to ensure all the storytelling technical writing which have been requirement in the sponsorship guideline are met. - To be responsible for translation child thank-you letters from Khmer language to English for 6 villages. - Following up on the status of children, whenever there is a change and update it in their personal files( consent letter, child profile, new child admission form, declaration forms, child birth certificate and other child relevant letter). - Weekly check on DSApp and upload all child departure texts, child mid-year letters, mid-year child photos in DSApp & download from the Share point. - To be responsible for uploading child & village digital photos and videos in IG Dam - To be responsible for revised and editing title, caption of child's photos and videos if necessary. - Field visit If the village co-worker is not able to produce storyboard or produce any video (assigned by supervisor). - Submit monthly sponsorship report and work plan every end of the month - Evaluate sponsorship work for your responsible project. - Performs other related and complementary activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Jobs Requirement
