Job Requirements - Bachelor degree in architecture and other equivalents - Freshly graduated student or 1-year working experience in the construction sector - Good knowledge of: - Drafting and construction practice and theory - Design development, building design, documentation and detailing on a wide variety of projects - Be able to organize the project - An in-depth understanding and working knowledge of architecture - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload - Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail - Able to work as part of an effective team assisting and supporting team members - Have good drawing skills and be able to use computer application (2D, 3D, 3DMax, Sketch UP, Photoshop, etc.,) - Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to solve the problem - Good English language - Be flexible, honest, hard-working and be able to work under pressure
