Job Purpose: To ensure all collections book keeping are recorded accurately and timely comply with financial policy and procedures. • To ensure collections of channels are correctly banked in. • Handling on incoming and deposit bookkeeping into SAP system. • Collection payment from customers/outlets. • Collect bank statement and other bank advice • Ensure collections of channels in charge (Dealers/Outlets/Event Sales/ATM Top Up/Interconnect/Roaming...) are regularly bank in. • Ensure collections at all Smart Shops are timely and correctly bank in comply with deposit rule. • Prepare weekly cash positioning for management report. • Handling on incoming and deposit bookkeeping into SAP system • Daily document preparation and submit to Accounting. • Perform monthly cash reconcile • Other duties assigned by superior.

• Bachelor degree of Accounting and Finance or the equivalent • Knowledge of treasury/cash management • The ability to work under the pressure of time. • Be honest, rigor, Dynamic, pleasant personality and good relationships. • Good command of both spoken and written English. • Computer literate in MS. Office, Knowledge of Treasury Systems, SAP utilized is advantaged. • At least 2 years working experiences cash management or in related field and bank correspondence.
