• You will help develop GBCI’s growth strategy, execution and optimization of all marketing initiatives in Cambodia through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximizing speed and effectiveness of user acquisition • You will provide support in design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs) • You will execute and support campaigns across all marketing channels including (bt npt limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, content, offline marketing etc. • Be part of the team that drives both GBCI-led and Partner-led marketing campaigns throughout the year • You will closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPI’s (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.) • You will maintain relationships with PR Partners and trade organizations, as well as other potential strategic partners

• You are passionate about growth marketing and self-driven to drive comprehensive and integrated marketing initiatives • You have relevant experience from working in a high-growth company (optional) • You have a passion for design and think outside the box to optimize growth opportunities • You’re a story teller and know how to design campaigns that attract and retain customers • You have experience with successfully running influencer campaigns before • You have strong editorial skills and are great communicator • You’re results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
