- To assist Chief Accountant checking GL reports and closing the monthly accounting books and tax reports. - To manage data entry for the accounting system and account payables system - To prepare bills and receipt/ tax invoice to the clients. - To prepare Payment, cheques and bank transfer documents - To prepare monthly receipt voucher reports and reconciliation reports - To maintain accounting and tax documents in good order. - To perform day-to- day internal control/ compliance check before all payments and other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. - Approx. 3 years of work experience in accounting Good excel skill and can work with accounting software. - Good knowledge of Accounting principles, taxation, internal control - Fair command of English skills (oral & written). - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Internet, etc - Detail-oriented, discipline, good organising of files and records, accurate, highly reliable, and friendly/good service mind - Very responsible and able to work overtime to complete work within deadline; and able to work independently.
