• Arrange booking according to customer requirements • Contact foreign agents and report the status of the goods • Track shipment information and status • Handle business and agent inquiry • Cargo abnormality and claim handling • Air freight import related matters and matters assigned by the supervisor • Reach the company's required performance indicators, and report to the supervisor regularly

Jobs Requirement

• More than 2 years of working experience in the Air Freight company • Familiar with the basic operations of warehousing and transportation, understand the air cargo operation and customs clearance process • Have logistics supplier resources are preferred • Fluent in English or Chinese as a working language (verbal and written) • Able to use Microsoft. Word & Excel • Able to join fast
