- Conduct regular outlet visit and sell paint products to dealer to achieved numeric distribution in all outlet in territory - Create action plan to serve and fit for the dealer needs - Willing to approach and build up good relationship with dealer - Work closely with Management to target appropriate dealer and ensure stock availability in priority to achieve sales volume - Provide market situation in term of products, price and competitor’ activities to Mgt - Sales forecasting for their own specific area - Opened new outlet - Product sensibilities (All SKU) in all outlet in territory - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales report
