* លក្ខខណ្ឌ៖ – Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other related fields – At least 2 years of work experience in similar position; – Be able to manage workers at the assign site; – Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost; – Good at problems solving, negotiation and site management – Be friendly, flexible, honestly, patient, punctual, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure. – Be able to use AutoCAD 2D, MS. Office, Internet & E-mail or related programs
