Job Purpose: • Ensure Channel % Growth • Ensure successful implement the contract management by develop, prepare and implement agreed sales & promotional plans for key account consistent with overall sales, volume and pricing goals. • Actively building good business relationship and negotiation with business partners (outlet owner or manager) to ensure the right visibility, availability and activation in each outlet category • Using DIS/VoC reports to analyze performance of outlets • Outlet contract review & modifies • Develop, prepare and implement agreed sales & promotional plans for key account consistent with overall sales, volume and pricing goals. • Regularly visit the trades and providing market intelligent report to ensure that line manager is fully informed at all time • Resolve operation issues Job Responsibilities: Quality Execution • Ensure Channel % Growth by tracking the progress against key performance indicators and sales targets • Ensure successful implement the contract management by develop, prepare and implement agreed sales & promotional plans for key account consistent with overall sales, volume and pricing goals. • Actively building good business relationship and negotiation with business partners (outlet owner or manager) to ensure the right visibility, availability and activation in each outlet category • Using DIS/VoC reports to analyze performance of outlets • Outlet contract review & modifies • Regularly visit the trades and providing market intelligent report to ensure that line manager is fully informed at all time • Monitor competitors’ activities and produce competition reports based on their sales and merchandising data Budget Management: • Provide input into the forecasting, planning and preparation of budget

- Able to manage and track the business performance: - Up to date sales achievement - Up to date # of active and drop out outlets - Total # of potential outlets - Brand visibility • Deep understanding of consumer insight and business landscape - What is the key to drive customer to buy more or less - Customer satisfaction - Sales promotion campaign • Ability to effectively manage time and goal oriented • Ability to persuasive, negotiation, communication and presentation • Ability to build strong relationship with all key account clients
