Jobs Description

• Contribute with own expertise in Reporting and Accounting, to the development of a long-term strategy of Accounting & Reporting Team for Finance Department and in aligning with the business strategies & priorities of the company • Lead and coordinate all transactional accounting activities of Purchase to Pay (PtP), Record to Report (RtR), and Order to Cash (OtC), ensuring all transactions are properly executed on time. • Manage and control each monthly accounting close, as well as the elaboration of accounting information to the senior management team. • Coordinate our company reporting models, providing all the necessary information for decision-making purposes, as well as a quality analysis regarding the development of our company’s main key driver. • Ensure and control the preparation of the consolidated Management Reports (i.e, Business Performance Review, Monthly Balance Sheet, etc.) with the purposes of supporting the company performance analysis and any decision-makings for the Management Team. • Effectively coordinate with the external auditor and prepare a statutory report for Audited Financial Statement Lead the A&R Team to achieve the high standard of financial processes. • Drive and support the development/improvement of the new processes, tools, templates, and support system, with a clear implementation framework and stakeholder mapping in collaboration with other functions of the Finance Department. • Proactively perform business self-assessment upon required with strong support and collaboration from P&CI; function Anticipate, plan, address, and resolve any complex issues with internal and external stakeholders, including issue escalations/resolution processes across the company. • Identify and support key business needs for relevant stakeholders with strong prioritization and sense of urgency Consult and regularly seek feedback from the Global/Regional Reporting & Accounting team, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting treatments and other policies. • Support the company Tax agenda with compliance to the General Department of Taxation regarding VAT, WHT with the accounting transactions, and other tax provisions and regulations. • Ensuring excellence in customer service through optimal development and execution of all day to day operations. • Develop team members according to the company Learning philosophy by engaging on a regular basis on Personal Development Plan, including leadership and functional competencies and business understanding, and seeking development opportunities for their career path. • Actively participate/share in any development opportunities provided by the company. • Proactively conduct regular performance review for all team members, following the annual cycle of company Performance Management with clarity on the performance expectation and key deliverables

Jobs Requirement

• University degree; Masters level preferably in Finance or Accounting • 8+ years of experience in Finance (Accounting & Transactional Finance), preferably within an FMCG company or Accounting Firm. • Proven leader with experience of developing, motivating and managing teams on the location and of coordinating work with remote teams • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Commercial (Sales, Marketing, etc) parts of the organization • Good understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (JDE), as well as of enabling Infrastructure (workflow, invoice management, etc.) • Ability to add value in standardization and continuous improvement programs • Experience of leading change programs affecting large groups of individuals within organizations undergoing significant change • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence solutions at a senior level • Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues • A drive for continuous professional development in self and others Functional Competencies • Financial Compliance • Technical Finance Advisory • Continuous Process Improvement • Transactional Finance Process Execution • Risk Management • Stakeholder Management • Financial Reporting & Communication
