Job Purpose: Support Head of Rural Mix to establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets for urban off trade based upon current market trends Support Head of Rural Mix to identify new business opportunities and new Route-to-Market models by understanding key economic indicators, changing trends, competitor landscape and define key segments to target. Job Responsibilities: Quality Execution • Ensure the successful achievement of the Monthly/Quarterly/Annually sales targets by develop detail sales plan for the assigned businesses/territories and make sure that the allocation of target to sales supervisor and sales representative is effective and efficient according to market size and staff productivity. • Lead in the development of all execution: plan, organize, control & support Regional Sales Supervisors & Sales representative with day-to-day operation • Effectively implement territory management by conduct regular market visit based on the call plan and estimate new outlets according to the development of market in the assigned businesses/territories • Working closely with Trade Marketing and Marketing Team to execute the campaigns on time with quality and more efficiency. • Working closely with DDT by providing insight and key recommendations to improve the quality of work implement by Agents to ensure that product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with customer needs • Collect facts to identify pain points/issues/bottlenecks through data analysis, observation, stakeholder interview on the market trends, new opportunities, competitors movement in order to develop specific plans and actions for business growth • Conduct monthly sales performance review by using the appropriate tracking and performance measuring tools and take efficient corrective actions to address underperformance sales results • Ensure sales performance report, documents, supporting materials, sales plans are updated and readily available for sales teams and senior leaders • Build positive working relationship with existing and new customers and business partners Budget Management • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget spend to ensure cost efficiency in order to contribute to the financial goal of company by collaboration with Finance Department Management & Coaching • Manage, develop, coach and motivate the sales supervisors and sales representatives to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met • Constantly drive high performance culture & sales execution discipline by conduct regular monitoring and implement management control • Share best practice and key success/failure learning to the team • Maintains sales team work results by providing regular feedback and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results • Enforcing the implementation of company and sales’ policies and procedures • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople, successor development • Develop & coach sales team members during joint-visits (IFCAD) and doing presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings • Organize daily meeting with Sales Supervisor and weekly meeting with all sales representative
