- Manage the leisure site works with his site engineers to spread up the daily construction activities to accomplish by the schedule. - Lead the necessary or technical meetings with all his site engineers and sub-contractors for problem solving and the construction directions according to the management. - Instruct the technical guidelines of construction to his site engineers for pushing the sub-contractors to achieve their daily activity plan in the time manner. - Check and verify for all payment progress claimed by the sub-contractors or other clients. - Prepare the inspection sheet for progress payments submitted by the sub-contractors. - Manage and develop the construction data, cost analysis, labor works, and other necessary procedures. - Manage and record for documents related to the construction activities with sub-contractors and other clients. - Ensure the site works are safe and secure for site engineers and sub-contractors by working together with the safety team. - Report to the line manager for all aspects of construction progresses and problem encountered to ensure the project implementation conducting smoothly. - Other tasks as assigned by the management team.

- 10 years working experience in construction management; especially experienced in roads and bridges construction. - Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. - Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details, relevant rules and regulations and quality standards. - Understanding of all facets of the construction process. - Competent in conflict and crisis management. - Leadership and human resources management skills. - Excellent time and project management skills. - Holding at least a BS degree in construction management, engineering or related field. - Be able to communicate in English at a professional level both in speaking and writing - Proficiency of computer skills including construction software.
