- Manage the construction project including budget, staff, working schedule, sub-contractors with delivery good outcomes of the project implementation. - Provide the periodic progress reports of the road and bridge construction to the project manager. - Lead the technical meetings with relevant sub-contractors and site engineers to accomplish the daily activity plans. - Ensure the construction processes, equipment, materials, and staff are good conditions for safety and security including all sub-contractors. - Solve the encountered problems with immediate responses to the construction implementation and other matters effected to the project. - Control the cost of the project expenses wisely and efficiently for progressing the site works. - Develop relevant procedures and guidelines of construction for site engineers and sub-contractors. - Manage and record for construction documents or other necessary files. - Attend the meetings with relevant sub-contractors, authorities, or necessary stakeholders as needed. - Report to the line manager for construction progresses and challenges with solutions to the management team.

- Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering or Master degree of Civil Engineering. - Minimum 10 year-experiences on road and bridge constructions or other equivalence. - Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. - Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. - Strong ability on cost of materials analysis, construction data, planning, and scheduling to achieve the outcomes with deadlines. - Leadership and management skills - Good interpersonal skill, problem solving, and able to work under pressure. - Competent in conflict and crisis management - Strong ability of English proficiency for both speaking and writing - Proficiency of computer skills including related construction software.
