- Work closely with Partners, Legal Professionals, and the BD Committee. - Play a primary leadership role within the Business development team. - Plan and budget BD expenses on an annual basis. - Develop best practices in all aspects of the BD portfolio and document them accordingly in policies and/or standard operating procedures. - Build and maintain relationships with PG heads across the business. - Set annual BD key performance indicators that contribute to the firm’s business objectives and organizational efficiency and effectiveness. - Contribute to the strategic planning of the Firm. - Support PGs in their BD planning and initiatives. - Active participation in business networking to establish beneficial business relationships, and raise the firm’s profile and visibility. - Ensure the availability of adequate BD collaterals to meet business needs. - Continuous review and improvement of BD collaterals. - Promote and facilitate client engagement and relationship building.

- At least an undergraduate degree in law, business development, marketing, communications or other related fields from a recognized university. A more advanced degree is preferred. - thee additional academic qualifications in a related field would be an added advantage. - At least eight years of managerial experience in the field of business development or marketing, preferably in the legal industry or professional services environment. - Experience in dealing with media inquiries and media crisis management. - Strong judgment skills, able to make sound and independent decisions. - Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer. - Demonstrate a high level of discretion when handling clients and sensitive information. - Excellent writing and proof-reading skills and the ability to prepare high-level corporate literature. - Demonstrate the ability to engage external and internal parties. - Possess strong business acumen. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media applications. - Good interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skill - Possess team leader qualities. - Willingness to travel.
