2. Role and Responsibilities • Update employee records with new hire information • Keep the HRIS database up to date with changes in employee information or organization rules. • Develop data processing guidelines • Process employee data like leaves and benefits • Create new accounts and manage access permissions • Train system users on functionalities and new features • Troubleshoot and report technical issues • Gather payroll data like wages and working hours • Processes company's payroll every pay period • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review • Determines organization’s tax obligations by calculating salary tax and prepare NSSF • Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts • Prepare HR monthly report • Participates in conducting of compliance task all areas where it has been indicated and assigned by Superior • Liaise with government officers of various ministries such General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economics and Finance, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. • Liaise with governance officer and regulator on corporate tasks of the company. • Review and ensure all policy and procedure of the company are complied with labor laws Cambodia.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or relevant field • Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software • Excellent analytical and reporting skills • Understand Cambodian Labor law including salary tax calculation • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations • Be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively. • Have experience and understanding of payroll related compliance. • Strong analytical skills are required and the ability to be able to problem solve. • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other industry standard payroll software. • Good command of English, Thai is a plus.
