Jobs Description

• Manage stationery, cleaner, security, meeting room and office environment • Schedule of buying stationery, company office 5S and working environment • Key role in staffs uniforms, employee card, company rule, and monthly late announcement • Propose and prepare of monthly staffs birthday, birthday cake and budgeting • Support staffs development program and staffs performance evaluation or probation • Support recruitment, job posting, the employee on board, and new staffs orientation • Prepare company contract, job offer letter, information update, and the staff's profile • Install new staffs fingerprint, train Corarl system, and working place with a clearance form • Prepare schedule fixing for equipment in the building, motor, air-conditioners, and vehicle checking • Check staffs attendant, mission, allowance, and check employee working overtime • Supporting training by prepare report of the staff satisfactory on the training program • Prepare all formal letter like a recommendation, internship certificate, and salary certificate • Responsible for MEMO issue of the public holiday and special events or information sharing • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR Management • At least 1-year experience in HR/Admin or related to recruitment or training • Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication • Have good communication, good interpersonal, hardworking, and honesty • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills • Good knowledge of computer applications MS Office, Internet, Email • Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, and strong interpersonal skill
