1. Develop decision-making principles for the Finance Department. 2. Manage financial statements by ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness. 3. Manage and prepare accounting records Revenues and expenses for each branch and manage cash by branch. 4. Verify cash flow to the bank and branch cash. 5. Plan daily, weekly, monthly and annual cash flow.

Jobs Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management or related degree. 2. At least 3 years experiences On accounting and finance. 3. At least 3 years experiences In the field of microfinance or banking is better. 4. Highly initiative and innovative in institutional development. 5. Speak and write English 6. Computer Office (Mr. Office)
