• To identify potential customers in all the provinces and throughout 3 key sectors: hospitality, corporate and residential/real estate. Emphasis should be placed on Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang and Sihanoukville. • To detect customers’ needs and prepare commercial proposals accordingly. • To argue/negotiate product’s specifications, usage and benefits, and overcome objections. • To be responsible for developing sales of Onity products, follow up ongoing projects and ensure after-sales customer services with the technical assistance of our Service Division. • To assist the Section Manager to manage the stock of products & spare parts. • To assist the Section Manager to follow up on the POs and cash flow forecasts. • To set up annual business plans to increase the volume of sales and develop support documents and marketing tools (in both English and Khmer languages) to promote Onity products. • To take in charge the delivery of products and spare parts. • To train end-users to properly use the products. • To perform other relevant tasks as required by Section Manager.

• Have good presentation skills. • Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations and team work. • Be pleasant and display a good-natured, honest and ethical attitude. • Be able to work under pressure. • Have good knowledge in computer literacy especially MS Office and related program. • Good English and Khmer language.
