- Bachelor or Master Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent - Proven work experience at least 3 years in HR hospitality industry - Familiar with insurances. Knowledgeable in all Labor Code, related Cambodian Law. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and willingness to learn - Possess excellent interpersonal conflict settlement, compensation, Coaching, training, and motivation - Proficient in English, knowing Chinese is more appreciated. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack. Any experienced on other HRMS is an advantage
