- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Certificate or Know how to config MikroTik Routers, Cisco Router, VPN Configuration, Firewall, Access Point, Network Structure Cabling Design is advantageous. - Prior experience in tech support, network support, or a similar role. - Proficiency in Cisco, Mikrotik, Unifi, Linksys - Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills. - Good written and verbal communication in Khmer/ English
