- Implement and train our Balancika software across a variety of customers and industries - Extract, transform, and load data from various databases, formats, and data sources - Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify meaningful relationships, patterns, or trends from complex data sets - Solve difficult business challenges for a variety of customer types on a daily basis - Propose initiatives to help improve our process and team goals

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Management Information System - Experience as a business analyst or consultant with direct customer facing experience is preferred - Strong proficiency in Excel or Relational Databases - Proven customer relationship expertise and consulting skills to work with customers - Excellent understanding and real-world application of common database technology and/or data integration technology - Solid presentation and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions * We offer the successful candidate an attractive remuneration package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.
