- Ensure that the VPN is working correctly in all company’s laptops - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners - Ensuring that all employees are fully set up with SharePoint desktop and other corporate software/systems - Help with Office 365 and other issues that might arise - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks - Setting up accounts for new users - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary - Making sure all corporate laptops have Admin accounts, back up old user accounts, redeploy computers - Deal with all the network and internet related problems - Making sure that office procedures are PCI compliant - Taking care of general security related matters - General IT support (fixing IT related problems that might arise)

- IT related background - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends - 4+ years of experience in a technical management role - Certifications are preferred, but not required - Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications. - Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time - A logical mind - Experience with Office 365 - Problem solving skills - Good communication skills - Patience Amazing Bonuses and Benefits provided by Clik: 1.
